How do I connect my Strava account?
When you sign in for the first time you authorise Endurance Planner to access your Strava account. Your activities are then imported automatically. If the connection is ever lost, you can reconnect it from the Settings page.
Is Endurance Planner free to use?
Yes. The platform is currently provided free of charge. It may evolve over time as features are added or changed.
How do I export my training data?
You can export all of your data as a file at any time from the Settings page. This includes your activities, performance metrics and planned workouts.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Deleting your account permanently removes all associated data, including synced activities and planned workouts.
Can I connect an AI assistant like ChatGPT?
Yes. You can connect a third-party AI assistant to your account using the connector. Connecting always requires your explicit authorisation, and you can revoke an assistant's access at any time.
Why are some of my activities missing?
Activities are imported from Strava. If something looks missing, make sure the activity is visible in Strava and that your Strava connection is still active in Settings. New activities can take a short while to sync.
