Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Endurance Planner, a training platform operated by Techsign Solutions GmbH. By creating an account and using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By signing in to and using Endurance Planner (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The service

Endurance Planner is a training platform for swimmers, runners and cyclists. It lets you plan and structure workouts, organise weekly training plans, and review activities and performance metrics imported from Strava. The Service is provided free of charge and may evolve over time as features are added, changed or removed.

3. Your account

An account is created when you sign in with Strava. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity that takes place under your account and for keeping access to your connected Strava account secure.

You may delete your account at any time from the settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your data, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other users’ data, or the underlying systems.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Access the Service through automated means except via the interfaces we provide for that purpose.

5. Strava connection

The Service relies on a connection to your Strava account, which you authorise voluntarily. Your use of Strava remains subject to Strava’s own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data provided by Strava.

6. Connecting AI assistants

You may connect third-party AI assistants (such as ChatGPT) to your account through our connector. Connecting requires your explicit authorisation. Once connected, an assistant can read and modify your workouts, templates and training plans on your behalf.

You are responsible for the assistants you choose to authorise and for the instructions you give them. Your use of a third-party assistant is subject to that provider’s own terms, and we are not responsible for its behaviour, output or availability. You can revoke an assistant’s access at any time.

7. No medical advice

Endurance Planner provides training-planning tools and performance estimates for informational purposes only. It does not provide medical, health or coaching advice and is not a substitute for professional guidance. Always consider your own health and consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a training programme. You train at your own risk.

8. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of it at any time.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and content, belongs to Techsign Solutions GmbH and is protected by applicable law. You retain all rights to the training data and content you create or import; these terms grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and Techsign Solutions GmbH is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that may harm other users, third parties or the Service itself.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date below. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing law
